Policies
All condominiums are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in condominiums.
Deposit & Payment
First and last night deposit including surcharge and tax is required at time of booking to confirm space. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival (summer) and 30 days prior to arrival (winter). Reservations will be automatically canceled if either payment is not received. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled more than 7 days (summer) and 30 days (winter) prior to scheduled arrival without penalty. Reservations canceled within the 7 days (summer) and 30 days (winter) of scheduled arrival forfeit all monies received.
